In 2025 The Blow Monkeys celebrate the 40th anniversary of their single chart success 'Forbidden Fruit"', which was taken from their 2nd studio album Animal Magic it gave the group their commercial breakthrough after their debut album, Limping for a Generation, had won critical acclaim.

Sales of Animal Magic were boosted by the hit single "Digging Your Scene", which charted in the UK at No. 12, the rest of Europe and the US. After "Digging Your Scene", two more singles were taken from the album, "Wicked Ways" and "Don't Be Scared of Me".

The band will be playing all their classic hits spanning 4 decades

Formed in London in 1981 The Blow Monkeys established themselves as key players in the 80s new wave pop scene. Led by Dr Robert they became pioneers of charismatic "sophisti-pop" but have adopted various styles throughout their career.

In 2008 after an 18 year silence, Dr. Robert and gang returned with a glorious new album Devils Tavern. 5 albums followed concluding with Journey To You in 2021. A retrospective album Time Storm - Greatest Hits Volume 2 is released 2023, celebrating the best songs from this time period. The band will release an album of brand new material in 2024 with Last Night From Glasgow.

Together Alone, the brand new album from The Blow Monkeys was released in 2024.

It's another sumptuous collection of wonderfully crafted pop songs. It will be released on 2 shades of Vinyl, CD & Lossless Download.
