!Massive Wagons Ignite a New Era with the Release of Live at The Great Hall and Celebrate Their Rapid Rise Through the UK Rock Ranks

British hard rock heavyweights Massive Wagons continue their unstoppable climb with the release of their electrifying new live album, Live at The Great Hall. Capturing the band at full throttle in one of their most adrenaline-fueled headline performances, the record showcases the energy, humour, and heart that have made them one of the UK's most beloved modern rock acts.

Formed in 2009 out of a shared desire to deliver high-octane, no-nonsense rock 'n' roll, Massive Wagons built their reputation the long way—gig by gig, crowd by crowd, town by town. Their grassroots rise was powered by relentless touring and a trio of independent albums—Fire It Up (2012), Fight the System (2014), and Welcome to the World (2016)—each one expanding their loyal fanbase and cementing their status as a band born for the stage.

A breakthrough arrived in 2017 with the charity single "Back to the Stack", which sparked national radio play and led to a signing with Earache Records. Their debut under the label, Full Nelson (2018), hit No. 16 on the UK Albums Chart, opening the door to major touring with the likes of Thunder, The Wildhearts, The Dead Daisies, Status Quo, and even arena dates with southern rock icons Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Momentum surged again in 2020 with the release of House of Noise, which delivered the band's first UK Top 10 album despite launching in the middle of a global shutdown. When live music returned, Massive Wagons roared back with a standout performance at the Download Festival Pilot and a full UK tour that reaffirmed their reputation as one of the country's most exciting live acts.

Their sixth album Triggered! (2022) pushed their sound into sharper, punk-influenced territory and debuted at No. 6—critically acclaimed and widely praised for its freshness and fire. A string of headline tours, festival appearances, and a co-headline run with Ugly Kid Joe followed, including a triumphant night at London's Shepherds Bush Empire.

The band's latest studio release, Earth to Grace (2024), marked yet another major step forward. Supported by intimate acoustic in-store events and their biggest headline tour to date—with multiple sold-out shows—it confirmed Massive Wagons as one of the UK's premier live and recording forces.

Now, with Live at The Great Hall, Massive Wagons capture the sheer power and personality of their onstage presence. Thunderous, joyful, and unapologetically loud, the album stands as both a celebration of everything they've achieved and a promise of even bigger things to come.
