Join us once again as we open our magical doors to The Enchanted Grotto a place where Christmas dreams come to life and festive magic fills the air!

This year, your little folklings are invited on an unforgettable, fully immersive adventure through the North Pole! From the very first step, they'll be whisked away into a captivating theatrical tale that brings to life the heartwarming spirit of Christmas.

Begin the Journey in the Elf Village-
Their festive quest begins in the whimsical Elf Village, where they become a part of this year's enchanting story. Our cheeky trio of elves Jovie, Juniper, and Jimbles will lead your little ones through a wonderland of laughter, games, and festive fun!

Will your child graduate from Elf School and help the ever-determined Artie Pinecone crack the mysterious Postal Challenge? Only the bravest folklings will succeed!

NEW for 2025-
This year, prepare for a sprinkle of extra enchantment as we unveil the Kitchen of Wonder and Delight where none other than Mrs. Christmas herself will be making a very special guest appearance!

A Truly Magical Christmas Encounter-
All activities are included in your ticket, and every family will enjoy a private, unforgettable meeting with Father Christmas himself! Each paying child will also receive a beautiful soft toy gift to treasure forever.

Babies under 12 months are free when accompanying a paying sibling (please note: no gift is included unless an optional soft toy is added at checkout).

Important Ticket Information-

  • All adults must purchase a ticket; adult entry is not included with a child's ticket.
  • One soft toy gift is included per paying child ticket.
  • All prices include VAT.

Arrival Time & Experience Duration-
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Your magical journey will begin promptly at the time you have booked.
(For example, if you've booked the 11:00 AM session, we recommend arriving at the Enchanted gates no later than 10:50 AM.)

The entire experience lasts approximately 45–60 minutes
