Pumpkins and Pixie Dust 2025

Its back!! Step into the enchanting world of Halloween this October as we transform the historic 13th-century Tonbridge Castle into a spellbinding stage of magic, fairytales, and fun.

From Saturday 18th October to Sunday 26th October, join us for a 1.5-hour theatrical adventure filled with immersive storytelling, interactive performances, crafts, games, dancing, and plenty of magical photo opportunities.

This year, Wilbur the Wizard and Wanda the Witch will welcome you into the Great Hall for your witches' and wizards' training session before leading you on a magical quest through the castle. But trouble is afoot… Maleficent has cast a dark spell over the Book of Fairytales, and now the stories are all mixed up.

With your help, Wilbur and Wanda will journey through the castle to meet beloved fairytale characters including The Red Mermaid, Cinders, and The Tower Princess. Together, you'll work to restore the magic of each tale and break Maleficent's wicked spell.

This event is most suitable for children aged 3–8 years, though all ages are welcome.

Important information:

  • Please note this is not an all-day event like in previous years. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and entry is valid only for your pre-booked time.
  • This year's activities and layout have been specially designed for the castle setting and may differ from previous events.
  • Tickets are limited per session.
  • Regretfully, the castle does not provide disabled access, and buggies are not permitted inside. We recommend using slings or carriers for young children.
  • Each child may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults.
  • The event organizers reserve the right to adjust the lineup or activities if necessary.
